2. Wholesale Eligibility Requirement
This website is expressly designed for WHOLESALE CLIENTS ONLY. To qualify for access and purchasing privileges on www.coffee4missionswholesale.com, clients must meet the following conditions:
• Be a Registered 501(c)(3) Christian Church, Christian Ministry, or an entity engaged in full-time Christian work.
•Purchase sufficient quantities of coffee or related products to qualify for wholesale pricing.
Determination of eligibility for wholesale status is at the sole discretion of ST Enterprises, LLC. ST Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to wholesale accounts at any time and without notice if a client is found to be ineligible under these criteria.
Retail buyers or those not qualifying for wholesale should visit our retail site at www.coffee4missions.com, which is designed for individual supporters of our Christian coffee roasting mission.
3. All Sales Final
All sales are final. Due to the nature of roasted coffee and perishable products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
In the event of damage during shipping or an incorrect order, please contact us at [insert contact email or phone] within 5 business days of receiving your order for resolution. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of ST Enterprises, LLC.
4. Account Revocation and Termination
ST Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and without liability, especially if the user:
•Fails to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2;
•Uses the site in violation of these Terms of Service;
•Engages in conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the business or its mission.
Accounts found to be in violation will be removed without notice. We reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action, including civil or criminal remedies.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of ST Enterprises, LLC and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alabama.
